Healing
Healing heals your character with spells and potions. You build a list of rules, each with an HP% or mana% condition, and the bot uses the first one that matches.
How Healing decides#
Rules are read top to bottom. The first enabled rule whose condition matches, and that is not on cooldown, fires. So the right order is:
- Emergency heal (the strongest) on top
- Normal heal in the middle
- Mana potions at the bottom
DrenoxBot reads the character's health before the client draws the bar on screen. The potion can already be on its way to the server while you still see the HP dropping. The same goes when health drops in small steps: the heal goes out as soon as it crosses a rule's value.
The rule table#
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Active | Turns the rule on or off without deleting it |
| Value | Spell or item icon, the name and how many potions you carry (x87) |
| Condition | The condition summary, such as HP% <= 40 |
| Status | Turns green when the condition matches right now |
When something is missing, such as a potion that ran out, the name turns orange with a warning.
The buttons below: Up, Down, Copy, Delete, Edit and Add. Double-clicking a row also opens the editor.
Quick add#
Above the buttons is a row of icons with the spells you know and the potions you carry. One click opens the editor already filled in.
Creating a rule#
Or use a Quick add icon.
Under When, choose HP% or MP%. Under Is, choose <= or >= and type a value from 0 to 100.
The second field can be HP% or MP%. Choose And (both must match) or Or (either one is enough).
Select Spell and type the words (exura med ico), or select Item and type the name (health potion) or the id.
Click Add. The rule goes to the end of the list; move it with Up if it matters more.
More options#
Tick More options to see:
- Name: your own name for the rule
- Cooldown ms:
0uses the spell's real cooldown (1 s for items) - Lacks state: only while a state is missing, such as
hasteormanashield - Not in PZ: never inside a protection zone
- Only in combat: only while a monster is being attacked
There are also the state boxes (paralyzed, drunk, rooted, feared, poisoned, burning, bleeding, hungry) and Don't cast if targeting monster.
Examples#
| Rule | Condition |
|---|---|
| exura med ico | HP <= 50% |
| supreme health potion | HP <= 35% |
| exura ico | HP <= 80% And MP >= 20% |
| strong mana potion | MP <= 30% |
The potion sits above exura ico: with low HP it gets the turn.
| Rule | Condition |
|---|---|
| exura vita | HP <= 45% |
| exura gran | HP <= 75% |
| great mana potion | MP <= 50% |
Use the second condition to keep your escape mana:
exura granwhen HP <= 70% And MP >= 30%- below that, potions only
Vocation rules#
On the first login the bot builds rules for your vocation and level. To redo them at any time, type in the bot's chat:
/defaultsRules for spells you do not have yet stay off until the right level. When you get there, the bot asks once whether to turn them on.
In the file#
Each rule looks like this in bot.json:
{
"Name": "emergency heal",
"Type": "spell",
"Spell": "exura vita",
"HealthBelow": 40,
"CooldownMs": 1000
}HealthBelow and ManaBelow trigger the rule. HealthAbove and RequireManaAbove are filters. MatchAll: true is the editor's And.
