Equipment

Equipment puts items on and takes them off by condition. A might ring when HP drops, a life ring the rest of the time, an amulet that must always stay on your neck. It uses the same editor as Healing, with extra fields for the slot.

Equipment tab with per-slot rules and the loaded preset

How it works#

For each rule, top to bottom, the bot looks at the slot:

  • the condition matches and the item is not in the slot: equip
  • the condition does not match, the item is in the slot and Unequip is ticked: take it off
  • any other case: do nothing

A rule with no condition keeps the item worn at all times.

The bot uses the client's own equip action, so the item only has to be in some backpack, open or not.

Rule fields#

FieldWhat it does
ItemItem name (recommended) or id
Slothead, neck, backpack, armor, right hand, left hand, legs, feet, ring, ammo
Worn idThe id the item takes in the slot, if it changes
Unequip when the condition no longer holdsTakes the item off when the condition stops holding
When / IsHP% and MP% with <= or >=, as in Healing
Why is there a "Worn id"?

Some items change id when they go into the slot. The life ring, for example, is 3052 in the backpack and becomes 3089 on the finger. Without this field the bot would not recognise the worn ring and would try to put it on again.

If the configured item runs out, the bot looks for an equivalent one you carry and uses that instead.

Examples#

RuleSlotConditionUnequip
might ringringHP <= 40%yes
life ringring(none)no

With low HP the might ring goes on. When HP recovers it comes off, and the rule below puts the life ring on.

Presets#

The Preset row lists the ready-made sets by vocation and level, plus your own (marked with ★). The set in use has a ●.

  • Load: replaces the rules with the preset's
  • Reset: takes one of your presets back to the ready-made set it came from
  • + Preset: saves the current rules as a preset of yours, with the name you choose
  • Delete: removes one of your presets

The Set Finder can also send a set here with the Use in Equipment button.

Pace of the swaps#

After sending a swap, the bot waits at least 2 seconds before trying the same rule again. Until the server confirms the slot it cannot tell a slow server from a missing item, so it goes slowly.

Equipment or PvP?#

The PvP & Outfit tab has Keep amulet on and Keep ring on, which do something similar in a simpler way: one fixed id, always in the slot. For anything with a condition, use Equipment.

  • Put the item in your backpack
  • Create the rule with the right slot
  • Fill in Worn id if the item changes in the slot
  • Keep the emergency rule on top
